Chain Lubrication Systems

Oil-Rite (USA) is a very simple automatic chain lubrication system. It is a system that can be used with almost all fluid types that can be fed from a common reservoir and can be reached up to the desired number of points.

In the lubrication of each chain, independent, air-driven Oil-Rite PurgeX small piston pumps and nylon or 316SS brushes supplied by these pumps, available in different diameters and models, are used. The Oil Reservoir (1lt, 2lt, 4,5lt and 9lt), which can be selected in different sizes, feeds these small piston pumps continuously thanks to the oil’s own flow and the suction capability of the piston pumps. Oil feeds the brushes placed in contact with the chain at the end of the liquid lubrication line to be drawn after the piston comes out of the pumps.

There are also 2-outlet lubricating chambers with a 1/2 lt reservoir operating with Oil-Rite 24V. Can be used with a brush. Suitable for oil.
