Dosing Systems

As is known, many parts are lubricated with certain amounts of oil and/or grease in production lines. In the past, most of this type of lubrication was done by hand, finger or by immersing the part in grease. However, in this case, it was almost impossible to make a lubrication in accordance with the developing product standards. Because each time, there was a use of more or less grease than the amount of grease actually needed. In both cases there was dissatisfaction. Systems that will eliminate all of these problems  have been successfully produced byABNOXfor many years.

We, as TPM Mühendislik, are happy to add a new one to the solutions we have given to the Turkish industry for years, with ABNOX and our other dosing systems. Dosing or spraying products with all kinds of fluidity is possible with pumps and dosing valves specific to applications. The main operation principle of these dosing systems is that they are fed continuously by a pump from cans or barrels and each time they are activated, the adjusted amount of grease is pumped to the desired area through the 5/2 solenoid valve. These dosing pump systems are produced to serve different applications, to be triggered manually or to be used easily in automation. Each pump can be adjusted to a certain amount and the same amount of grease can be provided to the area to be lubricated. As you can see the pictures below, the pumps can be standard pneumatic or pneumatically operated models. As you can see from the application videos below, many different dosing systems are designed by us, where you can achieve both volumetric and continuous flow.
