SKF Multi-Line Automatic Lubrication Systems
SKF Multi-Line Automatic Lubrication Systems, our new distributor as TPM Engineering, provide maximum efficiency by automating the lubrication process in industrial facilities.
SKF multi-line pump units deliver lubricant directly to lubrication points without additional dosing devices. This means each lubrication point has its own dedicated pump element. The system design is simple, precise, and highly reliable. Multi-line pumps can be operated mechanically, electrically, or hydraulically. These easily replaceable pump elements are typically driven by an eccentric cam. By selecting different piston diameters and/or stroke settings, individual lubrication volume adjustments can be made for each pump outlet.

SKF Multi-line Lubrication Systems for Oil
SKF multi-line oil pumps provide reliable lubrication for heavy-duty machines in sensitive areas where excessive vibrations, high back pressures, or specific safety regulations apply.

System Features:
- Consists of a pump unit, control/monitoring devices, pipes, and connections
- Delivers lubricant directly to lubrication points without an additional metering device
- Each point has an independent pump element
- Can be operated mechanically, electrically, or hydraulically
- Flow rate range: 0–227 cm³/min (depending on the pump element)
- Lubrication volume can be adjusted via piston diameter and stroke setting
- Supports 1 to 28 outlets
- Withstands pressures up to 4000 bar, suitable for demanding industrial application
SKF Multi-line Lubrication Systems for Grease up to NLGI 3
SKF multi-line grease pumps are designed for use in high-load machines, in sensitive and/or dirty areas, with a pressure requirement of 350 bar (5800 psi).

System Features:
- Can be operated mechanically, electrically, or hydraulically
- Easily replaceable pump elements typically operate via an eccentric cam
- Flow rate range: 0–35 cm³/min (depending on pump element size, drive speed, and transmission ratio)
- Internal mixer supports grease softening and operates synchronously with the pump element’s suction stroke
- Facilitates the flow of heavy grease into the suction chamber
- Provides the supply of heavy greases up to NLGI 3
- Individual lubrication volumes can be adjusted for each pump outlet with different piston diameters and stroke settings
- Number of outlets can range from 1 to 30
- Used in virtually all industries for demanding applications
- Most pump versions are available with dedicated oil reservoirs
- Suitable even for the use of plasticizer oils in the rubber industry
