SKF WRL – Wire Rope Lubrication System

How Does It Work?

The SKF WRL system is designed to provide complete lubrication of the rope’s surface and interior. A pump applies grease to the rope through channels as it passes through the WRL unit. The groove cleaner accessory removes old grease and dirt, then penetrates the rope’s fibers. This process maintains the rope’s mechanical strength and reduces the risk of corrosion.
